Djibouti


  The Republic of Djibouti with an area of 23 000 km2, is located in the Horn of Africa. It shares borders carte de l'Afriquewith Erythrea in the north, Ethiopia in the west and Somalia in the south-east. The capital of the country, Djibouti is the chief town of the district under the same name. The population of the country is estimated at about 650 000 inhabitants.
The Republic is bordered in the east by 370 km of maritime coast leading to the gulf of Aden
